We’ve seen lots of deals on previous-gen iPads, but none this cheap: You can get a 12.9-inch iPad Pro with LTE along with the new Magic Keyboard and two years of AppleCare+ coverage for $1,099 today, more than $500 off and the best price we’ve seen for this bundle.
If you were to buy the same bundle through Apple it would cost you $1,627. Granted, that’s for a newer model, but the only real differences between the 2020 iPad Pro and the 2018 one is a better rear camera and twice as much storage. In our opinion, 64GB is plenty, but if you ever need more, you can easily plug in an external drive using the iPad Pro’s USB-C port. Otherwise, you’re getting the same design, display, OS, and a very similar processor.
We love the iPad Pro and love it even more with the Magic Keyboard. Even though it adds a bit of weight to the iPad, we called it “the best keyboard case for the iPad that Apple has made” in our 4.5-star review and recommended it to “anyone who’s been wanting to use their iPad Pro more like a laptop.”
So if you’re heading back to school, working remotely, or just want a new toy to play with, this deal is the one you’ve been waiting for.
